Welcome! My name is Cindy Broadway Bell. I’m a one-woman operation creating one-of-a-kind artwork that’s as unique as the people who collect it. 

I create distinctive, handmade art using a blend of concrete, decoupage, and leafing techniques. Each piece is crafted with intention—textured, layered, and detailed to stand completely on its own. These materials allow me to explore bold contrasts and intricate designs, resulting in artwork that is truly one-of-a-kind. No two pieces are ever the same.  Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade with care. My artistic journey began in the late ’90s when I opened my first store, Iklectica, in the Houston Galleria. While the storefront has since closed, my passion has only grown. Today, I continue to share my work through various art shows across the Houston area.
